Intime News

The subject of activity of the transferred company Milora is real estate investments and, specifically, the acquisition, development, management and exploitation of a real estate portfolio

The Competition Commission approved the acquisition of Milora by the Aktor group, which is involved in the real estate development, management and exploitation sector.

According to the announcement: “During the meeting of the Competition Commission, the concentration concerning the acquisition of direct exclusive control by “AKTOR GROUP OF COMPANIES” over the company “MILORA M.A.E.” was unanimously approved, with decision no. 876/2025.

Aktor Group is active in the sectors of public and private construction, metal construction, renewable energy sources and real estate development, as well as in the sectors of aggregates, facility management services and the production and marketing of greenery. The subject of activity of the transferred company Milora is real estate investments and, specifically, the acquisition, development, management and exploitation of a real estate portfolio.

The relevant markets that concern the transaction in question are the provision of real estate services (real estate), the sub-market for the acquisition and exploitation of real estate through rental activities (real estate rental), the sub-market for property development, the broader market for construction (mainly private projects) for commercial use and finally the market for the provision of facility management services, with the geographical dimension of the above markets being the Greek territory. Due to the small market shares of the participating companies, there are no affected markets and no effects are expected on the requirements of the operation of competition in the individual markets to which the transaction in question relates. Therefore, the Competition Commission approved the notified concentration.”
