German Minister of Agriculture, Cem Ozdemir, in his statement to Naftemporiki and Michalis Psilos, on the sidelines of the 88th TIF, spoke of “similar Greece-Germany challenges” in the agricultural sector.
“We have excellent cooperation with Greece in the agricultural sector,” Ozdemir said and added: “On the one hand we face the same challenges, as we need to strengthen our farmers. On the other hand, we are faced with the consequences of the climate crisis.”
“I am here to underline our excellent relationship, which I hope to strengthen with my colleague, Minister of Rural Development,” Ozdemir noted to “N”.
