The management of Plaisio focuses on maintaining the multi-product, multi-customer and multi-channel business model, according to the financial data of 2023.

The company features 25,000 branded and private label technology products, consumables, office supplies, telecommunications and white goods, an online store and 24 physical stores, established in the prefectures of Attica, Thessaloniki, Heraklion, Chania, Larissa and Achaia, as well as Plaisio Computers JSC with a store in Sofia, Bulgaria and 1,531 employees.

The company also has a special B2B business service department, which corresponds to 52.3% of the Group’s sales, representing an extremely important customer category.

According to the financial results of the Group for 2023, the turnover amounted to 468.7 million euros compared to 434,681 thousand euros in the corresponding period of 2022, showing an increase of 7.8%. As the management emphasized “in a difficult period for the economy, the Group achieved record sales continuing its uninterrupted growth path, recording almost 50% sales growth in the last 5 years, given that the sales of both 2023 and 2022 have been affected by the “Recycle-Change Device” program.

The Group maintains high cash reserves, which exceed its total exposure to borrowing, while at the same time it has approved credit limits from cooperating credit institutions, in order to be insured against liquidity risk. According to the management of Plaisio, the stable course of the Group, the constant contact with the needs of the market and its immediate response to the rapid changes in conditions are all results of its innovative business operation model.
