Mytilineos released an announcement on Monday regarding reports that it is in talks with Imerys for the acquisition of Imerys Bauxites.
According to the announcement, the company is in advanced negotiations, but it has not yet come to an agreement.
Mytilineos stated that in the event of the completion of the agreement, it will immediately inform both the investing public and the competent authorities according to its standard practice.
