Antenna Group on Tuesday said that Fairfal Financial Holdings Ltd (Fairfax) acquired a 15% equity stake in the group through a share capital increase scheme. Fairfax is a Canada-based group with capital under management totaling 89 billion US dollars and one of the top foreign investors in Greece with a portfolio including assets in banking, insurance and real estate management. An announcement said that Fairfax acknowledging the dynamism and growth outlook of ANT1+, a subscription digital platform offered by Antenna Group, will cooperate with Antenna to further develop the platform in Greece and abroad.
